Astral Projection and the Astral Planes

The study of the astral plane and/or our ability to Astral Projection into it, are both much misunderstood terms. There is a lot of fear attached to the concept of Astral Projection because many are confusing the term with the idea of having a near death experience. Yet the two terms are not the same. One need not die or come close to death in order to astral project. In fact, most of us astral project each and every time we go to sleep. And we do it though our Dream Body, yet another term for the Astral Body Vehicle. Still another term for the Astral Body is our Desire Body.
