XXXII--The Proclamation |
PHASE THIRTY TWO |
THE PROCLAMATION |
Section I--The Mockery |
ND the head centurion led him away into the outer court of the king's palace. And obeying the will of Christ, he called together the entire squad of men: 02 And Christ ordered that they not harm a hair on his head, and that everyone should treat him with respect, and that they clothe him with royal purple. And weaving a crown of roses, they put it upon his head; as if he were a gallant victor of the games. 03 And by order of the Christ, they began to salute him, saying in the Greek: Hos'anna in the highest! Hail, King Solomon! 04 And instead of a scourging, they honoured his shoulder by knighting him with a sword: And in this manner Christ did crown him the King of Peace. And bending their knees, they gallantly worshiped him as a fellow cavalier. 05 And after they had laughed Herod to scorn, they took him out to crucify him. |
Section II--A Special Occasion |
06 Now on this occasion. Christ graciously provided him with his own horse drawn chariot, for he was a man of wheels, and Solomon was his champion. 07 And coming out of Beth`an, he asked John's father, Simon the Essene, to bid him honour by driving his chariot through the heart of Jerusalem. For Christ knew that Simon the serene was not only the father of John the Baptist, but the father of the people as well. 08 And Simon drove him to the 'place of his circumstance'. And when he had reached the Gate of the Essenes, they gave him to drink good wine made dry with age; but remembering his Essene oath, he took it not. 09 And esteeming him blessed by the Christ, they folded his own garments together, taking them to him. But with Herod's robes, they cast lots upon them, what every man should take. 10 And it was the third hour, and binding his hands and feet to a nearby tree, they did crucify him. |
Section III--The Dedication |
11 And in a dedication to him, the written proclamation of his cause was declared by Christ: SOLOMON, THE KING OF THE JEWS! 12 And enraged by the inscription, the chief priests that passed by blasphemed him, wagging their evil tongues, and saying, Son of Wisdom, thou that wouldest destroy the Temple of God, and in three days built it up again, save thy temple and come down from the cross. |

Section IV--The Shah |
13 And in like manner also the chief pharisees mocking, said with the chief priests one to another: this Essene saved others; himself he cannot save. Let SOLOMON, the king of Israel come down from the cross, that we may see it and believe in the word of Christ. 14 And they that were to be crucified after him also reviled him. 15 But after hearing them disobey the will of Christ, instead of binding their hands and feet, the head centurion ordered that the two slaughterers be nailed to their crosses upside down, the one to his left hand side, and the other on his right; but with our king standing in the middle. 16 And with that, John's prophesy was fulfilled which said: "Thou shalt be crowned the King of Peace, for thou art truly the incarnation of Solomon; "and the portion of David's transformation prophesy was made complete, which said: "I like John must suffer many things and be despised by men." |
