* Return to your normal breathing through both nostrils as the lungs become full of purifying air while at the same time we allow for the D0WNWARD movement of the DIAPHRAGM on each INHALE. The UPWAR D motion of the DIAPHRAGM controls the EXHALING breath. (THIS IS PROPER BREATHING).
* Rememember: Breathing through the stomach muscles is IMPROPER breathing. To check for this, place the palm of one hand on your stomach just below your diaphragm. Your stomach should not expand and contract as you breath.
* This simple exercise is intended to help maintain a healthy and balanced aura and can be done while either sitting or standing. Use it right after or just prior to the head and neck exercise. Both will act as a prelude to your meditative sessions. But this particular exercise is designed to help balance the nadis (nerve meridians) and help to promote the flow of prana (life force); which is accomplished through the breath.
